1. Before production starts
You may cancel free of charge until we confirm that production or configuration of your machine has started. Any amount paid is refunded in full within 10 business days.
2. After production starts
Standard machines may be cancelled before dispatch. For machines configured to your containers or specifications, a cancellation charge limited to the documented cost of work and bought-out materials already committed may apply. The applicable amount is stated in writing before cancellation is accepted.
3. After dispatch
Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched. Our Returns & Refunds Policy applies to delivered goods.
4. Cancellation by us
We may cancel an order if we cannot verify payment or buyer details, if export to the destination is restricted by law, or if a pricing error is detected before dispatch. In such cases any amount paid is refunded in full.
5. How to cancel
Email info@brothers.in from your registered email with your order or proforma number. We confirm cancellation in writing within 2 business days.
