1. About us
This website is operated by Brothers Pharmamach (India) Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated in India, registered office and factory at Plot No. 2, Phase II, GIDC Vatva, Ahmedabad 382 445, Gujarat, India (“Brothers”, “we”, “us”). These terms apply to all orders placed through this website or by enquiry originating from it.
2. Who can buy
Our machines are industrial capital equipment sold to businesses and professional buyers. By placing an order you confirm that you are authorised to contract on behalf of your business.
3. Orders and acceptance
Adding a product to the cart and submitting a request creates an order request. A binding contract is formed when we issue a proforma invoice and you accept it by paying the agreed amount. The proforma states the price, currency, configuration, dispatch date and payment terms.
4. Prices and currency
Prices are set in Indian Rupees (INR). Where you select another country, prices are shown in your local currency converted at our published exchange rate, and you are invoiced in that currency at the price displayed when you place your order.
- India: prices state whether GST is included. Where “inclusive of all taxes” is shown, no further tax is added.
- Export: prices are Ex-Works (EXW, Incoterms® 2020) Ahmedabad and exclude freight, insurance, import duties and destination taxes, which are paid by the buyer.
5. Payment
Payment is made by bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS within India; SWIFT international transfer) or other methods stated on the proforma invoice. Goods are dispatched after receipt of the agreed payment.
6. Delivery, risk and title
Dispatch and delivery are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Risk passes on hand-over to the carrier as stated there. Title passes to the buyer on receipt of full payment.
7. Export compliance
The buyer is responsible for import licences, product registrations and compliance with the laws of the destination country. We will not supply goods where export is prohibited by Indian or applicable international law.
8. Product information
We take care to describe our products accurately. Technical specifications marked * depend on your containers and options and are confirmed on your proforma invoice. Product photographs show the standard model; optional equipment may appear in images.
9. Warranty, returns and cancellation

10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the price paid for the goods concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as loss of production or profit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Force majeure
We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, war, government action, strikes or carrier disruption. We will notify you and agree a revised schedule.
12. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, drawings and videos, belongs to Brothers or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without written permission.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction. For international buyers, the parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably within 30 days.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on the date of your order applies to that order.
