1. Free 12-month warranty
Every new machine sold on this website carries a manufacturer’s warranty of 12 months from the date of dispatch, at no additional charge. The warranty applies to customers in India and worldwide.
2. What is covered
Defects in materials and workmanship in parts manufactured by Brothers Pharmamach under normal use and correct operation as per the user manual.
3. What we will do
We will repair or replace the defective part free of charge. Remote technical support by phone, email and video call is free during the warranty period. Replacement parts are dispatched free of charge; for international customers, freight and import charges on warranty parts are borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Not covered
- Normal wear parts and consumables such as belts, rollers, pads, blades, rubber parts and fuses.
- Damage from incorrect power supply, voltage fluctuation, accident, misuse, negligence or operation contrary to the manual.
- Machines modified or repaired by anyone not authorised by us.
- Bought-out items such as PLCs, HMIs, motors, drives, printers and vision systems are covered by their original manufacturer’s warranty, which we pass on to you.
5. How to claim
Email info@brothers.in with your invoice number, machine serial number, a description of the fault and photos or video. We respond within 2 business days.
